This is the usual corporate scene if you look close before firms breakout from small and microcap status. It is a good sign Race is on the right track and always needed to happen as JDP mentioned (smart man!).
need a strong board now to go the distance. More comfortable with Peter Smith at the helm. It seems he can do DCB and JC jobs at 40% FTE, already saving us $500k pa or $2.5m over 5 years.
Have to cut some open ended agreements IMO, biosynergy agreement, cancel oppies for ‘bad leavers’ and no hires without recent long term appointments. Swiss cheese model hasn’t worked.
