Options in lieu of directors fees (essentially working for nothing until the option exercise price is "in the money") is always a good way of preserving cash re growing companies (pre cashflow +ve). Shows the directors are +ve in the companies future. Two of these options are well "out of the money"/worthless at present. Obviously, as the company grows you want to see this method of payment stop, unless tied to certain performance parameters for key staff?,
