    I believe if you look at the second page of the document you'll find that he certainly does.

    Regardless of who sold, and I would believe it may be Mr Bainbridge, (as it makes sense if he has personal matters to deal with),
    it was still a large holder to dump 850K worth of stock at a likely pre-agreed $ figure in a SP XT trade.

    Fundamentally, The company hasn't changed except for the requirement of a new CEO.

    Still a long road ahead in relation to achieving D.A., construction and commissioning of the new build, but ongoing sales avaialbe through existing and increased stock-holdings in the meantime.

    Mr Bainbridge has done a good job for Lark shareholders, and if it was indeed him liquidating some stock, it is understandable if he requires funds.
