I actually think that this director's movement off the board is a sad reflection of the overall culture of this dinosaur of a company. Take a look at the make-up of the board. It is pretty much the same board that has been in place while this company has been going down the toilet since 2014. The board has absolutely no diversity and is made up of all white males over the age of 60. When is this company going to realise that a major part its problems start at the top and when will it undergo a proper renewal of the board? Look at the bio's of those on the board--is it not time to get some high caliber experience directors that will hold the executive and management responsible? Alas, I think the chances of this company having decent directors on its Board are very slim when you consider the history of the incoming Chairman.
