Agreed. The employees can only work as planned. That planning is flawed. It's flawed because of the BOD's decisions.
The creativity in R&D simply isn't there. Another department that needs change and needs it quickly.
They were down once and came back.I was told by a company representative years ago they never want to go back there but alas they are heading that way at a great rate of knots.
