Markets can be irrational for a long time. That's the time when you have to strike.
Fundamentals have not changed, its still a simple operation long-life open pit mine. Unless there is a cheaper substitute for manganese overnight ,I'm not losing any sleep over this one.
Everything under 25c is a buy IMO, if they cut divvie 40% for next year to 1.5c, it still gives a @ 6% yield at 25c purchase price.
Everything under 20c is a steal IMO.

People who are risk tolerant and are not easily spooked will have a gem in their portfolio for many years to come.
