Hmm. THe founder leaves with no "thanks for developing the business,mate" but with the standard code for "he has been given the boot". That spells trouble at mill to me. What's he done to deserve such treatment? Working in his interest rather than the company's? Knows too much for the CEO to be comfortable"? I can't think of a positive reason to get such a fond farewell. I wonder how many key staff who grew the business with him will be motivated to leave as well. Glad I sold a week back after holding for a couple of years. Not because I knew anything, just because XRF shareprice hadn't been significantly caught in the mining services downturn, and I expected such a change in sentiment sooner or later even if it wasn't deserved.
