I reckon you're onto something Eugene. All that time ZIP was promising to make huge profits but never happened. He must have been furious when deep down he's a philanthropist. He was obviously trying to take over the whole world with ZIP and make it one big happy philanthropic corporation, but it just didn't work out. So he's admitted defeat, sold down a little over half, unhappily accepted $100 mil and he's good to go again without being hassled by anybody holding him back. Question: will he give it away?
