hahaha no offence but that is what every resignation letter says, always generic. He is still a major shareholder the test will be if now he has no duties to the company he brings anything up he was unhappy with and attempts to gain shareholder support to make changes that he would have the best knowledge about. Will be an interesting couple of months as the real story unfolds but I see this being a lot lower than higher...... DYOR and these are all my own opinions
