The execution from the outset was poor - a great idea in theory amalgamating the multiple projects from highly regarded institutions, but they are all so early stage and need a truckload of funding each to progress, was always going to necessitate a large amount of funds and a large amount of time.
Need the phase 2 RAD203 imaging results to come out then out license this to a Chinese company to bring in some cash. Multiple shots on goal just need some solid funding to be able to progress them.
