Does anyone know if the 250 million performance rights are still eligible after NP resigns? The purpose of these rights were to provide motivation to Directors to meet milestone targets for finding gold over the next (5?) years. If no longer a Director I can't see how the need for motivation in this case still applies. Just curious.
