It will be interesting to see whether this departure was completely amicable or not. There's a fair amount of shares here that might create some selling pressure if there was bad blood (or for the bull case, it was all fine and he'll hold these for the LT and there'll be no impact whatsoever). But on balance of things, given the suddenness of the announcement/departure I'd have to consider there may be something afoot here; it seems a strange announcement - on one hand there's praise of what Steve has achieved done, yet on the other the announcement is clearly couched in such a way to try and deflect attention from the real news. All a bit odd, at least at this stage.

(FWIW, neither good/bad sentiment to this stock, I just follow it as it's a good barometer of retail sentiment towards the lithium sector)
