He would not have paid 34 cents for his shares - my guess. So might still be in the money. Remember PVL had massive "revaluations" based on things like Hydrowroks, Motim, Crop Logic, Solar Bright and others most of which has proven to be less than solid.

Add in no doubt Directors fees for PVL and a lot of the investee companies, I suspect he has most of his shares for "free".

But certainly should not feel sorry for him, he has been in a position to steer this business and in my view missing in action along with all of the various Directors - left management to it and they failed to create anything sustainable.

I see more musical chairs at the varius boards of Veritide and Invert Robotics. Looks like rats leaving a sinking ship maybe.
