You may be right re Invert but seems strange that a director resigns in this way. I would have thought if the new investors wanted someone on the board you would have done an orderly hand over etc.

Maybe it is innocent. But have to say i have also seen other examples within PVL of a director being appointed to an investee company, capital raising completed and then them leaving. It looks like window dressing.

Changes in boards and management is not a good look in my view - despite the funds raised. hopefully Invert will make the most of the cash raised, but from what i read they are still going to have to raise more in a years time.
