    GR Engineering were the company responsible for the feasibility study and engineering design. So logical they would get the job for the Phillips River Project construction phase. If negotiations for finance and offtake agreements we well advanced then it would now be innapropriate for Joe Totaro to be employed or on the Board as contracts for construction were being determined.

    Some of the new shareholders in the top 20 are also involved with GR engineering.
