Found it interesting to read that Sasine withdrew his nomination to get re-elected. Why? Is this not what he does, serve on small cap boards? Was he pushed? Trouble in paradise? Or is he just removing himself so he can sell stock in any volume that presents itself without having to tell the market (and just hang on to his con notes)? All a bit puzzling and it is remarkably quiet on the why and how of it all.
