    Obviously the ASX think that the answer supplied is sufficient. ASX are obviously just going through the motions. They are a private entity anyway so they have next to no credibility either. And why is the trading halt questions not addressed...

    This situation is like if someone went to court and got asked whether they were guilty and all they had to do was say no I am not.

    Anyway this has nothing to do with their ability to raise funds. Hope they get it soon.
