That could be true, but he was brought in, so I personally think he's quit. "Honesty" is the first to go, as these guys will be working on the next piece of financial engineering to bring in some money. I'd say Malnic has seen what possible brand damage can to be caused, if he hangs around for their next "deal" and left.
