I wonder when GCN is going to make itself legal again, under the Company's Act, by appointing an Australian resident as a third director.

It is no good Jermaine Jackson clamouring to come back as a director. Because he was not resident in Australia he never attended a single board meeting. I don't know how much he knew about the company, but it might be unwise for him to come to Australia at this moment.

Honestly who in there right mind would want to be a Director of GCN ,x Directors are still owed moneys
and yet can still be liable at the same time ,lets see when the web untangles .
