Maybe ASIC has finally come to grips with this situation ,and not before time ,wonder if there should be a class action against the incompetence of ASIC and the Directors of GCN should it be proven that they have been trading Insolvent as for SIS that should also be investigated to prove that the so called line of Credit
was actually true as they could not supply a Solvency Statement in the court case last year to pay a ex employee and what about other employees who have since left the firm??? Further the liquidators of GCN Australia Pty Ltd what are they upto.??
