At the EGM we were advised that PB had NO involvement of any kind in STI. Today it is revealed he only recently resigned as a Director.
We were also advised that the new directors and investors were putting mining assets into STI. They were also genuine and reputable.
There was no mention of any Tech play.
I can only say that the person representing the investors is just as trustworthy as PB + WB.
I am surprised there has been no comment on the certificates advising what your holding is after the consolidation. I would have to say there would be very few who would have a marketable parcel.
