And there you have the level of detail this company has been operating. If it took this chairman three months to notice a director had left, what exactly happens in the day to day running of this operation now?
If you are the chairman and CEO of a company and did not know for three months that a fellow director had resigned then you are grossly incompetent and unfit for the position.
Shareholders should be furious about this coverup.
