And there you have the level of detail this company has been operating. If it took this chairman three months to notice a director had left, what exactly happens in the day to day running of this operation now?

If you are the chairman and CEO of a company and did not know for three months that a fellow director had resigned then you are grossly incompetent and unfit for the position.

Shareholders should be furious about this coverup.

Not only that ,one would have to ask how did the accounts and announcements get signed off,is it time for MR Li to come clean about the financial position of GCN (Go Connect Limited ) and SSI (Sino Investment Services) perhaps the Auditors should be asked for Solvency Certificates for these Companies
