I'm trying to read between the lines here, can this possibly just mean:
1. Due to the potential extended depressed IO price there is not a rush to have everything sorted and ready to go whilst the IO price is so low.
2. In the meantime, Tawana will concurrently look at other business opportunities. Do I recall GOLD on a previous announcement.
