Absolute rubbish. I'm quoting Steve from his Switzer interview regarding the Big4 agreement:

"This particular solution is very tailored, essentially there is a requirement to take an enormous amount of recordings and store them and make them available for analysis and thats where obviously the Dubber platform comes in, and we use a biometrics engine to be able to identify who's on those calls....previously that has not been possible...these are legacy recordings that have been made over a number of years and the client in this case a major bank feels that it is important to know who's on those calls....and we are able to do that with basically 95-98% accuracy".
