Any long term switch to the dubber platform by the bank, or any other major company, is likely to require a competitive tender process as the estimated contract valued will be in the millions (for the large / listed corporates) . This can take months (3-4) and that will be from the time they realize they need the change their systems / process.
Still fairly sure we will see a couple of big names come through shortly.
