It's really not though, if you think about it from the companies perspective a big deal every year or so along with organic growth would be considered a huge success.
You also have to bear in mind that people don't go out and just buy new recording platforms, they need to have a trigger; existing platform cannot meet functional demand, out of support, failing systems, system overhauls, etc. When these things happen they go out to tender to companies they know about
