I actually see this as a positive move. McGregor was made redundant, left the company not because of losing faith on it.
Since listing, McGregor's role was looking after company's commercial and finance sides, and to me this role is now filled(and probably better filled) by Bryant Mclarty, the head of Mac Equity Partners.
My view is the key personals in this business are:
- Peter McUtchen and David Thomas responsible for the technical side.
- Bronte Howson managing the relationships with car dealerships, very key here. Potentially getting the contracts before PKD expands to other industries.
- Bryant on the corporate finance, capital raising and corporate advisory.
Mcgregor is still a significant shareholder and hopefully and likely will support the company's share price, shares are escrowed.
