What they failed to mention in the article was that Nathan is Non-Executive Director of Ascot also. It would be fascinating to be at their meetings to see if they disclose any 'conflicts of interest' or whether they voted on items that would materially affect one or other their interests. The other possibility is that they have their hands in each other's pockets - so they know what each other is up to!
