If the next payment of $125,000 for Walyering due on the 16/8/19 is not paid then GFS forfeits the first payment of $125,000. He originally put up $500,000 as a loan, I doubt the next payment will be made, so the Walyering deal is dead.
Going on the last report 5/9/19 there was $7,000 in the kitty.
