A very sincere thank you to you Matt.
You heard our, and shared our gripes many years ago about the failing of ADO to keep their SH's informed and specifically informed in plain English. If I remember correctly it was Geoff that also understood this and accepted you on to rectify this.
I reckon you have timed your exit perfectly so that you can now reap the rewards of the efforts you have made and the benefits you have deservedly earned.
Best wishes to you mate - I hope you can appear back here on HC one day, after whatever appropriately deemed self served exodus in necessary to satisfy ASX that you no longer have privileged knowledge.

I have just organised to have 2 months off work to deal with some mental stress - I look forward to the possibility that I may never have to go back because of ADO!!
