"The Sign-On Fee will be repaid to the Company by the Employee, if the Employee terminates this Agreement within the first twelve months"
Announcements says:
"MNS announces that James Dack's employment with the Company ended on Friday evening 7 May 2021"
If Jack resigned, he would have to pay back, in this case it's MNS that has ended his contract (terminated?!....same as Frank H?!) so it would appear that Dack is entitled to that 380k.....and good luck getting James to repay that anyway....I would go to court and then things will come out and do you really think MNS want to do that
