This company has a history of burning money on appointments/resignations/terminations.........as I said, a revolving door of people that Frank P seems to want to bring onboard for a few months who end up costing shareholders money

And although Frank P owns a decent amount of shares, he gets paid 120k pa plus consultancy fees that can range from 180-400k pa......perhaps he is not making money on what he invested, but he is certainly doing okay (and if those free options ever get in the money, then he stands to gain like a bandit)
