yes it's been a number of these types of things that I have sought follow up and clarification from the Secretary and I feel because I am pointing out (at best) error / ambiguity which could be taken to come across as potentially misleading that I get no responses to.

Of course 26th August 2020 was when the Initial Director's Interests lodgement was filed for Tony.

I know there was some commentary of being critical of Tony about the reporting tardiness but here's an example that is clearly not under his responsibility.

What I fear is that Daniela gets even busier now that Steven has moved into the CEO role as they're down a CFO until they re-appoint and she's even more under the pump in the meantime, especially with the End of Quarterly and End of Year annual accounts in a Financials, Auditing and Listing compliance sense over the next 6 weeks. Steven needs to get in quickly and sort out some backfill IMO.
