Agreed Scherb. It will be very telling to see if the new CEO recognises the significant shortfalls around reporting etc and makes a very proactive step from day 1 to show that things will be different under his leadership. The last three CEO's have all been old blokes, Steve looks to be a fair bit younger than his predecessors. Fingers crossed he has the energy to sort this thing out.
My biggest concern is that the board meddle too much and don't allow Steve to drive the business.
