The frequent Announcements of Don McLay's change of interest in CCP may now decline, because he is no longer a director of CCP.

He probably has not reduced his holding in a meaningful way for years, if ever, but because of his relationship with Torres Industries, every time it sold CCP shares, that had to be reported. I personally never read anything negative into the many relevant change-of-interest Announcements over the last decade, but I wonder if some people thought that Don was selling, and therefore he must have known something negative.

Not having to report such shareholding changes in future may be a small positive from an SP-volatility perspective if holders, or potential holders were influenced by such Announcements. This is his exit position:

    Nagarit Super Fund --------------------------- 79,638
Nagarit Pty Limited ATF Nagarit Trust --- 104,028
Torres Industries Pty Ltd -------------------- 239,597

    Total Fully-Paid Ordinary Shares ---------- 423,263

I have never known who the parties were in Torres Industries Pty Ltd – that is, were they family members or non-family associates?
