yes if he resigned, then those PR should be off the table ; that’s how it’s suppose to work ; the line highlighted below is interesting -
below is taken from the notice of annual general meeting proxy form , October 21; item 3.3 would be the concern and he should have walked once AJN came on the scene in the DRC imo , Peter is a director of ANL, so is Klaus , Peters company African resource Consulting ; consults to both ANL and AVZ , there’s certainly ‘position , relationship’ concerns there
as per the final directors interest notice , we see that Peter still holds 5m PRs….
he provides ‘consulting services’ to the company during fy2023….logical thinking would be , that he was a bit of a wedged rock to get out and there’s been some ‘give and take’ type negotiations here around these performance rights …below are the vesting conditions ( the 5m pr as per todays notice and 4.5m below, 500k variance , I don’t know , he had 1.5m from previous year , so probably a carry on ) ;
anyway , looks like Peter has been given some prime doggy biscuits with the retention of these PR through some sort of consultancy arrangement ; hope he gets everyone of them by end of his stint once the fy and his consultancy term finishes , but highly unlikely …can’t see the plant operational by this time next year for example
He should reap a few though and hopefully he does , as that means we are still on track ; also for example trance 1 …executing of binding contract with EPC..just that happening would be worth $1m with a sp at just $1 , so I’m sure he’ll be praying his best that AVZ move forward as quickly as possible![]()
