You need mining experience to do so.
Many none mining people do run explorers, but if we look at results, most are failures or lifestyle companies.
Asr is not a lifestyle company, but failed as it got dragged away into financial deals - bullionfx and tarmoola and spinning off monger, that now is capped higher than asr.
Because that was Peretz area.
Were they bad? Only time will tell.
I still watch asr daily because I like the area and I do believe in change.
