Concerning that PS seems to have been so roundly disappointing to holders. He's been nominated for the BOD of a lithium company in Canada whose biggest shareholder (linked to the group trying to spill the board) is a gold developer I bailed out of a few months back for bad management.
Seems a bit of a red flag he's sold as a some great contributor and yet he's not got the depth of experience I'm more comfortable seeing from a director.
