ASX needs better regulation around asx listed directors who walk away with gifted shares but returns nothing of value to shareholders!! Disgusting I say!

Well it creates value for some shareholders as well. Like me, I was waiting to get entry in TYM but wanted only to buy below 1 and I got the opportunity because of him. So if it disadvantageous for some, it is advantageous for some.
