ASX needs better regulation around asx listed directors who walk away with gifted shares but returns nothing of value to shareholders!! Disgusting I say!

Always a issue with small caps. I now only invest where directors are buying on market as well. I had liked that Peak was buying and the directors took part in the last cap raise.
I’m still holding.
