What is going on with this company ?? A extension for voluntary suspension till the 8th June (Havernt heard a thing on an additional extension after the 8th June ) from the original extension from the 1st June.. For a “Potential” legal claim .. WHAT IS THE POTENTIAL LEGAL CLAIM.?? And why would there be a “POTENTIAL” legal claim for what?? Someone has to have to have done something or NOT done something for there to have a “POTENTIAL” legal claim against the company or the directors.. For WHAT ?
it’s been Suspended since the 25th May 2023… Doesn’t the Company have to announce why the Potential claim has come about ?? Again I ask Where is the ASX ?
Seriously this Circus has gone on too long with no explanations to us share holders explaining why.. The Shareholders had there say and it was not a vote of confidence for the board.. Batten you have a lot to answer for!! Your not the scape goat in this no more .. YOUR THE GOAT!!!!
