yes well i believe battens only power at the moment is to the fill the board to the minimum no of directors of a listed entity 3. and i was advised that the shareholders presented two candidates to Mr Batten after the AGm . they were candidates of the highest order and have also submitted applications as directed in the companies website advertisement .
should mr batten decide to appoint two more Cranston big top stooges against the vote of no confidence in this action then i believe the wrestle will continue . should Shemo and Larry be appointed i will post on HC because the major shareholders will not disappoint CRB shareholders who supported change fir this company.
perhaps the ASX might be taking a look at this and thats why its taking so long as i know the boards behaviour prior to the AGM was concerning and referred appropriately. hopefully this is the case .
