I can only find this link, which won't copy across so you need to google, it suggests that might not be an option without a prospectus or the ASX granting emergency relief if a company has been suspended for more than 5 days in the previous 12 months, which was extended during the pandemic to 10 but as the pandemic is over I assume it's back to 5. A prospectus satisfies the due diligence requirements so there are penalties for being misleading by omission, that makes a prospectus in need of being very detailed.
