This transaction leaves a bad taste with me.
Its like Mr D'anna and Co just wanted to feather their own nest although they say that the sellers were approached by Minerva to sell their shares
To act in shareholders interests, I would've preferred that they issue 35 mill shares to raise $14 million for the company.
Not much dilution and cash in companies account
