What I have not liked is the insulting language used toward the departed duo, especially by those who lauded them when they were appointed. Talk about putting the cart before the horse! ['Course, same happened with DT - great when things looked rosy, pathetic when the wheels fell off.]. Effective management is all part of the risk when gambling on this type of company.
All the same, they did a sh!thouse job and glad to see them go. Why aren't performance options dependent on remaining in the company until said performance is achieved, To me, that appears to be a no brainer.
They don't deserve any performance options, because they didn't perform, yet for our sake we must hope that the options come into the money. What an injustice that would be!
Anyways, perhaps we do now have the leadership to effectively go about the job. But please, remember history and keep any excitement under wraps until it occurs.
