outgoing directors have millions of shares and some of their options are about to lapse with some remaining until the end of 2014.


This new bunch will probably expect a million or so options to keep them "motivated" + director's fees.

I really don't expect them to buy on market.

It would be a great show of confidence, especially as they have taken this action with the belief that the shares are underperforming, thus undervalued!


I'd want to see these guys stumping up at least 100K of their own money each to buy on market.
