At the AGM, Rob Neale was asked for his plans to take the company forward. He had no answer - despite having had a month to get some idea and more time before when NHC was devising their strategy.
You'd think that if they went to this much trouble to gain control that they would have some idea.
The directors they kicked out had millions of shares purchased with their own money - definitely had skin in the game.
Still to be convinced.
