Trig, he announced his Retirement (as opposed to Resignation) last week, to be made official at this board meeting - just dotting the i's really.

Will he sell ? Up to him is the easy answer, but he was a founding-investor so he'll at least want a return on his investment.

His 3.8M Options @20c expiring in Dec 2015 might lapse as they're milestone-linked. I think the 'milestone' was set at production of their millionth ounce - open to correction there. Not even sure he'll still be entitled to them as he's left, depends on their in-house regulations/corporate governance rules.
