The company has missed their guidance, so a sell off is warranted.
What they did achieve is a good increase in revenue.
A flat half year of profit after an acquisition.
Not many companies I hold have actually increased profits over this period let alone doing it straight after an acquisition.
So it's a definate hold for me.
